My extensive knowledge of the City of Austin and surrounding suburbs allows me to guide investors to the areas and property types that will bring the greatest returns, whether it’s a 3-month flip or a 10-year rental property.
Step 4 - Search for Properties
I provide education and the tools needed to analyze and compare properties once we begin searching. When we’ve identified opportunities to consider, I will provide the option for a video tour so that the entire process can be handled remotely for out-of-state investors.
Step 5 - Offer Negotiations
I have spent my entire career as a tough negotiator and go to bat for my clients in every transaction. I will identify when my clients have leverage and push to get them the most advantageous terms in every negotiation.
